SMS & Survey Campaigns Reports

Our reports module provides insights into your campaigns’ performance and delivery rate. In them, you can see exactly who received your campaign and details such as the click-through rate and the number of messages added to your monthly consumption by campaigns. To access our reports list navigate to Reports in your left side menu.

The reports list shows every campaign sent in descending order, in each row you can see the details of your campaign including the number of contacts and exact messages consumed by each campaign. To access a campaign details report, click on the View Report button.

Opt-Out Report

To access the report of contacts that have opted out of your campaigns, click on the Opt-Out report button on the top right.

SMS & MMS Reports #

Reports for SMS & MMS campaigns contain contact details and the result of the message for each contact. Results may be SUCCESS, FAILURE, or BLOCKED. As with all other

Click-through rate

LeadWire’s URL shortener helps you cut the number of characters used in your campaigns, so you can maximize your content. Moreover, it provides you with an account of visitors to your links within your campaigns. If you used a LeadWire short URL in your campaign, you will see the realtime-results in its report. The percentage presented is based on the number of contacts within the audiences you chose in your campaign setup.

SMS Survey Reports #

The Survey campaigns reports summarize each question’s results with our data visualization tools. Each question type response is displayed using a different type of chart.

Single-Choice

For the single choice question type, LeadWire displays a horizontal bar chart summarizing each option. By scrolling over each bar, you can see its total percentage.

Rating

A rating question asks survey respondents to compare different items using a common scale (e.g. “Please rate each of the following objects on a rating scale of 1-10, where 1 is ‘not at all important and 10 is ‘very important.’”). LeadWire uses a star system to depict the average number from all responses.

Open-ends

All open-end survey questions in LeadWire are automatically analyzed using our Canvs integration. Once a 10% response rate milestone is achieved, your survey will be uploaded to Canvs for analysis, once the analysis is done you will be able to see its report.
