Create and Manage Custom Fields for Audiences

With Custom Fields you can bring additional contact data to your LeadWire audiences.  You can then use this data to better filter your campaigns and reach your target easier with relevant content.  To create a new custom field, navigate to your Custom Fields view and click on Create Custom Fields. 

Data Types #

To help you better filter and organize your contact data we’ve added multiple data types a field may have.  The list below describes them in detail.
  • Text: A string of text that may include any character.
  • Number: Only accepts numbers (including decimals).
  • Date: Date field with format (MM-DD-YYYY)
  • True/False: Boolean type that only accepts true or false values.

When assigning values to these fields LeadWire will validate that the data provided matches its type, otherwise it will be ignored.

Please Note: To change the order in which your custom fields appear through the app, just drag and drop them (like in the video above) in the order you want.

Edit Custom Fields #

Besides changing your custom field order, you can edit or delete them.  If changing its name to something completely different we recommend deleting the fields and creating a new one.  Beware that when you delete a custom field, all data on them will be lost.
